First time I tasted Glow Gluten free cookies was at an event especially for women (score!). I remember thinking, what could be more satisfactory than cookies and amazing entrepreneurial women? These cookies, that’s what! Nothing could have prepared me for the number of cookies I ended up scoffing down within a matter of minutes. The chocolate chip and ginger snap flavours were my favourite. I was elated to discover that the woman behind this amazing cookie, Jill Brack was in attendance. I sort her out not only to congratulate her, but blame her for making me eat so many! Fast forward 10 minutes later is when I suddenly realised they were gluten-free. My theory has always been (and I have been right most of the time), that a gluten-free cookie will not and cannot taste like the original beloved chocolate chip cookie. Jill proved me wrong, as evidenced by the say by the dozen or so cookies sitting pretty in my belly. 
I continued to sing my praises to Jill and after a couple of e-mails back and forth, I was pleasantly surprised when she sent me not one but three boxes of Glow Gluten free cookies to sample. My verdict was within the first 5 minutes – SOLD!!! I must confess, I had a series of pictures planned for every cookie I tasted, unfortunately, my boyfriend and I couldn’t help ourselves. We managed to take the above picture only, we then realised, we had finished them all 
Chocolate Chip – Crunchy, itty bitty chocolate chips and it breaks apart easily but the flavours meld wonderfully.
Snickerdoodle – The softest of the three, with specks of sugar that make it a perfect dunking cookie. Milk anyone?
Gingersnap – My favourite of the three, very refreshing taste, the ginger is in perfect unison with all the flavours. It also doesn’t have that weird after taste you get from some other ginger snap brands, its subtle and comforting, almost medicinal in a delicious way.
I am not proud that we ate all three boxes in one sitting. We comforted ourselves by reminding each other, “they are gluten-free”. You can find out more information about Jill and her amazing cookies here. Go grab yourself a box or two, you will not regret it, promise!
